Or as the term actually goes "Multiple Streams of Income From Many Continual Sources". I maintain several of my own and I am always adding more as I go. Many wealthy people know to do this to assure their wealth is contained and even grows in abundance. My logic falls into play when choosing sources and I investigate before investing any money if any is needed at all, as many I use are free to join or a product or service that I need or desire anyway.
The logical part is, if I use a product then I search for affiliate sales programs for it or for that type of product or service. I buy coffee so I found a great opportunity and a very very good tasting and health improving coffee in Javita. There is a monthly fee which is what I pay for the coffee and I get the coffee and so much more including a sharpened memory and clarity of thought and the income from sales and from other's joining me as well as cash bonuses and an opportunity to earn a brand new car.
Also I love to watch good movies so I joined the brand new movie rental enterprise flixnow in the affiliate program while it was free to join before the grand opening on Monday February 20th, 2012. Then the cost to me is only the cheapest rate around for my movies at $25 per year. The affiliate program is great and very self automated and will pay me back my minor yearly fee and much more within a short time and my movies will be for free and will also include online streaming of some of the movies later this year and I can share some of those with friends online then too, for free. Free previews of all of the movies are also available.The cost to join as an affiliate after February 20th 2012 is only the cost of your yearly movie rental of $25.00 plus $4.00. The cost to join just to rent the movies is only $25.00 per year.
I use other products such as cellphones, meditation programs, books and CD/DVD's ebooks, blogs, and more and when I write a relevant article, I link them within the article and you can find affiliate programs on the sites to join them yourself if you are interested or just contact me. Rest assured I use what I promote and believe in it or I don't use it on my sites. Also you can see that this blog is built on google's blogger, which is free and also easy to use. I did purchase my domain names through namecheap though that is not necessary with blogger if you don't want to. The blogger name for the site would be www."your choice of name here".blogspot.com instead.
If you follow me on facebook then you may have seen a recent comment on one of my posts by someone sending me rent checks in the mail. On one hand, I have always bought the home I lived in and rented it to someone when I wanted to move. Of course this has to work out in the numbers and sometimes you may have a few lean months to consider for some properties, so you must be able to afford that too. In all, get worthy advice before buying real estate for the purpose of investing.
